I made a fools error and bought a Russian plane.

I've got 8 months left on the lease, and I have a blank sked for this plane, cheaper to park it, but I'm still paying huge bucks for staff training, this plane took me from +1.5 mil in the positive to -3.6 mil in the negative, I'm just hoping somehow i will survive until the lease is up.

I am a small prop airline was doing very well for my size, just made a big mistake trying to grow cheaply

Your probally better of flying the plane with loose than just having it sitting on the ground, the only cost you will save is staff and a and b checks

For the next few moths while you have it, run the Russian tin on short hops (less than 800 km, preferably less than 500) where it spends as much time on the ground as it does in the air burning fuel.  The secret to Russian tin is turning the aircraft as frequently as possible, thereby spending as high percentage of your time in airports loading and unloading.
