I was just wandering what the world's busiest air route by demand on airwaysim.

In Modern Times the highest I could find was the Hong Kong to Taipei which has an astounding 410,000 passengers/month or 13440 a day.

Can anyone beat that?

Thanks

I think no route can't beat Tokyo Haneda - Sapporo New Chitose. It's around 17.000 daily.

Haneda has also two to three other +10.000 daily demand -routes..

I think there is a particularly massive one somewhere in South America but I can't remember where.

Sao Paulo - Rio de Janeiro is almost 10 000 a day route.

The difficulty of that route is that Dumont's (Rio de Janeiro) runway is less than 1400m. So pretty limited in the AC type operating there.

Looks like Haneda to Sapporo is at the top

Not in JA3! :(   It's like 500.

There are some major differences between game worlds. For example, in ATB, I couldnt fill a 73G on GUM-HNL (100 daily demand) yet in MT2 I am sending a 2 class 437 seat 773 every day (440 daily demand for a 440% increase!).

Second highest route should be Gimpo-Jeju... But in MT3 it is 1/12 of the demand in real life.

For sure it must be a domestic flight in Greenland......

Exactly! I don't know how they get away with not using an A380 on that route.

;D I think it should be the route from Zinder (Niger) to Gao (Mali). It sports and impressive 0 pax a day. That's totally A380 territory right there. ;)

and did you know that the world's least demanding airport (according to aws anyway) is the Falkland Islands? I think we should be able to take a crack at an all-A380 airline based there sometime.

I agree, maybe sami can start a game world? Falkland Islands and only 400+ pax planes? Who's in?!
