Taxes

Hi guys, I searched and read that taxes are taken out quarterly, on the 10th day of the first month of the quarter...

My question is why I was dinged in October AND November for taxes?

Did I just read wrong and it's the 10th of every month?

As far as I know, it is every month. Good thing January 15th is coming around. That's when you get your refund if one is coming.
