Question on ticket prices

I recently ordered a 747-200. This will be my first plane to operate long haul international flights. I have planned to fly to Dubai but am unsure about the price. I configured suites for first, Premium for Business and Premium for Economy. I then set the price to be 32% for First, 6% for Business and 8% for Economy higher than the default price. If someone can comment and advice on the price, that would be very helpful.

In addition, has the default ticket price already taken the type of seats into account? eg. Would the default price be the same for standard economy and premium economy on a particular root?
