If you run an every day route, does it increase route image faster than if you run a route only once a week?

Does a route image get affected by other routes running the same origin and destination (2 flights, same origin and destination, different times)?

Does route image grow faster if you haul more passengers (larger plane vs smaller plane as long as the demand is there for the larger one)?

Does distance or the size of the destination airport affect the growth of route image in any way?

Yes, by far.  Fly a route 4 times a week at MINIMUM to make it profitable.  Only do that on longhaul flights.  The rest must be daily or 6x weekly.
