Problem with route

Hi guys,
I've got a problem with one route which is served by B747. This B747 flies to KJFK and OMDB. I had to kick out flight on Saturdays because of an A check which I had to add to my schedule. After that my B747 had a day off at Sundays so I added a flight to KJFK and after about 2 months it has never flown that route on Sundays... It flies every day except Sundays. Is this a bug or just my fault?

I don't know if admins changed something but know it works as it should.

The B check partly overlaps that flight, so on B check weeks the whole sunday flight is skipped too due to that overlap.
