How do I fly to two cities at the same time?

Hi I am trying to fly to from A to B, B to C, C to B and then Back to A..for some reason I am not able to do this..the only way is a fuel stop which means I can't pick up passengers. I know when I was here a while back this was possible?

Has it been removed from the game options or am I missing something?

It's been removed.  No longer possible though it may come back in the future in some form.

Is it possible that in the future that we could use the 5th freedom right?

Coz in the old game (CGK-DXB-AMS fo example),you could only travel pax CGK-DXB or DXB-AMS only while neglecting the AMS bounded pax from CGK. Wouldn't be nice if you can carry pax from CGK to DXB, DXB to AMS and also the CGK-AMS pax
