Are there any views on which media to use for the best results in a general marketing campaign?

The only factor is how much money you spend on marketing. The regions and media are just there to confuse you.

The media choices and regions dictate the effectiveness of the campaign (and also the cost too). For example TV is more effective than internet but also costs more.
