suggestions for lease/buying page

Hi

Playing my second game and noticed som exorbitant leaserates/sellingprices I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate the following. Well It is just my suggestions. After all it is supply/demand that rules

Would it be possible to make an offer when a costumer wants to lease an aircraft. Saying I want to lease ( or buy) aircraft A. The lessor demands xxx.xxx Usd a month, I want to pay xxx.xxy a month. Same goes for buying aircrafts.

Also, would it be possible when offering an aircraft for lease on the market for the lessor to choose for how long he/she want to lease out the aircraft. For now it is impossible.
