How to make my airline healthy?

My airline company value is $5 million in the red. 

I think my biggest mistake was to lease a Tupolev 154, Ive tried putting it on profitable routes, it does make profit on the routes but maintenance and other costs are high. And it's just had a C check. 

My other aircraft are a leased B757, B737-200 and a Embraer EMB120. The B757 is doing fine, also the EMB120 is ok. The 737 is not the best but on the high demand routes it also ok.

I can't stop the lease of the Tupolev because that's going to cost me money which I don't have.

Would it help to pull the Tupolev out of service and just pay the monthly lease price? Or just keep it flying and hope for the best.

Ticket prices I have left all on default values. Any tips on making my airline healthy again?

I'd say there is no other way than bankruptcy since your only problem is that you have a bad fleet commonality. Having each plane of different type costs zillions to you and the route profits would have to be huge to cover those costs. So I recommend a fresh start (it is free up to 4 times..) and stick to 1 aircraft type.
