Demand problem in BW7

Hi all, I don't understand one thing.
The demand of Tokyo Narita to Kona is 200 but the demand of Kona to Tokyo Narita is 80 only. I only noticed it when I check the route details because I got almost 100% load factor from Narita to Kona and never get more than 55% on the return flight. Is it possible? 200 peoples going Kona from Narita daily but only 80 of them returning. That means Japan is exporting 120 peoples to Kona daily.

I remember that's charter flight for tourist group, people will return Japan from PHNL
