Can't lease aircraft

The last time I lease aircraft is 18th Jan.
On 19th Jan and now 20th Jan, I still can't lease aircraft. It says "You cannot buy/lease any more used aircraft today your personnel is busy arranging the delivery of the aircraft you have already ordered today."

There is also a weekly restriction of 6 per week, so this maybe why.
