2 routes per day with one aircraft?

 Its possible to set one aircraft for 2 different route per day, or one route twice per day? Thanks

Yes.  Just add on the minimum turn-around time to the arrival time of the first flight to determine the departure time of the second flight. Under the scheduling page, the blue bar shows how much of your plane's time is being used.  Some people put up to 10 flights per day.
