Crew member numbers

I have only 2 aircrafts...Airbus A300 series.

I only need 3x2 pilots & 7x2 cabin crew according to the book...but now I have 130 pilots & 220 cabin crew on my personel chart.

Does anyone know why? And who will fix this problem?

1. You need more than the standard crew on your plane since you cannot expect them to work 24h.
2. If you want to reduce the numbers, you can lay off staff in the personell department.
