New hubs

I've been looking for this topic for this whole afternoon but I could not get any topic with all the informations I needed.

Anyway:

-are the new hubs available only in your country of residence, right?
-are we going to have a limit to the number of hubs or will this issue be considered on a "game by game" basis?
-how are we going to pay for the new hubs? Will we have to pay with our "credits" or with the money in the game?

Sami's posting here seems to suggest there will be limits.  This thread has some v useful info in it.  Just read Sami's posts for the definite stuff
