First, I would like to know, do the "crashes'' you insure your airline against ever happen? If they do, what is the primary factor of crashes? Flight Hours? Age of Plane?

Believe me, passengers are not choosing airline based on insurance. They care about getting there safely, not about money that airline gets if plane crash
