PM's - oops.....didn't know there was a hard limit

I'm trying to handle multiple convo's concerning the start up of an Alliance, but now I'm getting a "You are not allowed to send so many PMs to so many users in this time. Please try again later or contact the forum administration to get more information." - I don't really want to bother Sami (or whoever) if someone else can answer...

I'm not sending mass emails. They are to single recipients. I did a bunch of 'blind' PM's to potential recruits, unaware I was maxing out my 'limit'. Any idea what the time I need to wait is before I can respond to the replies I am getting?
