MBJ doesn't have wifi (not even a pay option)... at least it didn't when I was there 6 months ago.

The departure fee is a pretty big racket there too - Perhaps something a bit less exotic as a location?

Maybe Sami has a cabin by the finnish lakes we can go to. Exotic still to many I think.

I think that such a convention would not be that bad... At least we could all go to Finland to meet Sami! )) And for those days, all the games would be "paused" so we would not have any excuse to log on and check our accounts, ahahah!
Anyway, I actually think it could be a nice idea,but maybe in the future and it would help to discuss new ideas for engine modification, forums and so on... Maybe we could hold it "continentally" divided meetings?

A convention is a great idea, even if Jamaica is too far, how bout Mexico, I think we should try to arrange this for winter 2011. Get to meet some of the players. Feedback.....

Alright, alright! Why do we meet in the middle east? Perhaps Beirut, Lebanon! Beautiful city, great business center, home to Middle East Airlines, and my home country as well! Plus, no chance of war (any time soon if Israel sits still) and very cheap compared to other countries!

Although Dubai is indeed nice, it's built in the middle of a desert. its boiling year round. Beirut has a huge coast line and is fairly a mild heat. I do love Dubai though. Also a large and nice business center.

P.S.: Dubai is very expensive, actually super expensive.

hey guys: howz about meeting in the Middle? Bermuda anyone? or possibly somewhere in the middle of a tectonic plate so that there isn't any chance of an earthquake during our visit......that would be priceless! we get there, greet everyone, and an earthquake starts and we have to be evacuated.....probably the best 10 minutes we've spent together.

Maybe Canada or somewhere in Eastern USA?

(those work the best for me because I can pop in for a night or whatever and won't have to worry about it as I live in Toronto )
