tech stop

I tried to make a route which had to include a tech stop. But I couldn't find that option. Can anyone tell me how to do that?

For example, based in Moscow, fly over Shannon (Ireland) to New York JFK:

Routes -> Open new route -> Europe/Ireland/0nm/0nm-> "select Airport" Shannon -> on the lower half of your monitor "Optional - select second destination" -> North America/United States/0nm/0nm -> "select Airport New York - JFK" -> mid in the appearing screen "Technical stop?" => click "Refuel only..." -> at the end of this screen choose the flying path with five destinations
