Income tax (30%) : What the hell?

What is this Income tax (30%) ?

It's always 0, but Last week (Week 10) it came -214 355 USD and killed my ass =S
And this week it came zero too..

Run yourself into some manageable debt, then the taxman gives you money!! I wonder which is the worste country for income tax, I'm currently taxed at 32% in Kenya.

If you're in the red, income tax is positive..Not that it really matters, you'll still be in the red after.
