Maintenance required when leasing aircraft

I am waiting 2 weeks for a leased aircraft, however it required an a/b check.  I am wondering if this cost and service is automatically performed? Or do I have change my service dates so I can do it myself as soon as the aircraft arrives (Jan. 7/noon )?

The checks are not automatically performed. When you receive your aircraft, if you go to the "maintenance actions" page under "aircraft information", you can perform extra a & b checks, without changing your service dates.
