Anyone tried flying C/F class only flights? Like flying LHR-JFK with B737-300 and F seats only?

Do you make profit?

In earlier games that's how the mega airlines like magic carpet started out. They'd configure the biggest long haul aircraft they could buy to be all C and F and then put it onto one of the massive routes and just rake in the cash. I don't know if this still works though, I thought Sami was putting something in to stop it.

It's still a valid strategy to start out.  Some international airlines will buy the cheapest long-range planes they can buy, reconfigure them for all F/C, and put them on routes.  As there's no competition at all, they run full from the start, and they make boatloads of cash and that's used to finance the initial aircraft purchases which are then used to backfill the Y demand.

People want to know how some players can be buying loads of planes after just a few game-weeks into the game -- that's how.

Works well. Sometimes I use it to compliment my already filled economy seats on the routes.

It's a fairly good money maker when you don't have competition on a route.  Once you do, I find it's better to have all three configs.
