Staff Morale

Hi,
Staff Managment are on Automatic Settings, yet my staff morale is all Red - Negative, how can I rectift this I have Salaries set as suggested and Staff Levels at 100%

Staff levels at 100% is good but what were they before you re-sett them?

If there were above 100% that means you've sacked some people which affects moral. I find pay rise (set wages up) and time helps

Thanks for the reply, I changed staffing levels and this caused the poor morale, I was getting a figure of -100 it did gradually reduce, but company image was also negative, + I was about $5000 million in the red! I declared bankrupt & started again and am playing much safer this time & learning from my mistakes, also I will leave staff managment on Automatic this time
