Question.....how important is PAX comfort? If you cattle car the plane has anyone noticed a differance? :-[

It doesn't have a huge impact, but you shouldn't cramp the maximum number of pax in a plane with high density seats! Or only use those aircraft for flight to a max of 1,5h.
