How does the season affect delays

I am flying an all prop airline out of ZUUU and was wondering if  since many of my destionation are on or near the mongolian plateu that during the winter I have more weather delays. For instance my delays due to weather starts to increase around sept. Now it is at Airport weather conditions    2417 mins   (~ 54.57 %) from less than 800 minutes in the summer. This is also shown in cancelations 44 a week and rising due to weather. Is there anything I can do to aviod this.

You really cannot avoid it. It's randomish and based on the airport location and the season of the year. For example you encouter more delays at winter time when weather tends to be worse than in summer. But it's a rough calculation and cannot of course take into account any particular geographical things.
