Unbornio

Well I accidently clicked the MD-10 in the first place......

i got smaller leased plains but that so fare brings about 400k pr month

Unbornio

I'm using the DC-9s and Tu-134s now. Most people would think Tu's are fuel munchers but at a cheap leasing rate, they're as good as the DC-9s.

Im running with to leased right now Boeing 737-200Adv and de Havilland Canada DHC-7

Actualy going quite well about 60% on the 737 so that quite good and the Dash 7 is about 57%

So makes a good profit so fare.

I bought a used An-24 that's currently having an extra check.

Those antonovs spell trouble! I started out leasing two an-26s, but now my fleet is down to one and I am thinking about terminating the lease on the one we have left. Don't do it!

I got myself an Ilyish or whatever it is, and a Dash 7 - I'm only a couple of 'weeks' in, and I can't see me getting in to proper profit - I know I've cocked up by putting the large jet on shorter runs, but should I drop some of the runs to focus on longer transits with it, or sit and wait?

RushmoreAir

For the illushyin, you will need to use extensive marketing to boost your route image before you're in the red. They can make a profit (I had 3 IL-18Is, and they made a huge profit), but they need to have a good load factor. The dash-7 should be all right.

I gave up!!! I know from reading on here that it will take time to get sorted, but I thought I'd made a few bad decisions already there so pulled out and restarted last night. I've gone for one small BAe 146-200 - although I want to get another one fairly sharply to get growing and push the service up on the routes. From the off I got circa 60-65% LF, some are pushing 70 already and I just need to keep pushing forward (without overstretching!). One thing I notice though is that those little BAe's don't come up used too often :o(

Unbornio

I'm going awfully too well. There's like no competition... Just too good to be true.
