Questions - Leasing new aircraft

I have some questions regarding the lease of new aircraft:

1. I have to pay the first 4 months of leasing fees, but do I have to pay the leasing fees from 4 months after the order until the aircraft arrives?
2. What is calculated as the beginning of the leasing? The order or the delivery of the aircraft?
3. Are pilots and cabin crew added automatically after order, like in the case of used aircraft?

You mean that once I ordered, I have to pay the first 4 months. Then I start paying the leasing only 4 months after delivery?

You make the order and there pay the prepayment of 4 months. Then for example a year later the planes are delivered. You don't pay the lease for the first 4 months as that's already paid. Same as in used planes that you lease.
