New bug reporting tool (testing only for now)
The 3rd party tool to manage issue reports hasn't been very good for us, especially since it requires a separate login and had serious limitations on the actual troubleshooting and commenting section, so I decided to let our AI coding agent work overnight to make us a simple issue tracker based on our other admin modules, a one that is integrated fully and directly to the website. This is not yet in official use but if you would like to create some dummy reports there to test it, just to make sure it works. Since it would be a shame if our issue tracker had issues ::)
Since it's fully integrated into our core systems it's more helpful in development since I can directly see more details from the report directly, like the airline or user details.
You can select your airline, attach images, and get notificed when reply is received or status is changed.
Please test it out freely. I will clear the database before we take this into actual use.
