it's a difficult start in BW2 for me this time. Despite enough pax demand, low income. But now I see, one of my AC two routes (well two destinations, so 14 weekly routes) have a load factor of 0% . In the schedule they are in blue, like active. When I click the route in the AC info page, I get the message "Error: Cannot find such route. (#4) Please try again." So i don't know what happens, but it costs me money since my plane doesn't fly . Someone got the same problem?
Sounds strange. And I see the same error myself in your airline for the route CB001 for example. There was a short-term database issue at the start of the BW#2 that I attended to within a few hours after it started so these errors might be related to that.
Looking at the database, for some reason the route data is not fully intact here, but I cannot exactly trace back why. But you can solve this by re-creating the routes (take a copy of the route as new, then delete the old route). If you have extra costs due to slots or something, let me know and I can adjust.
I did this for the first route (Monday) to test for you, and it seems to get them "back online".
(I see you also emailed, but I reply here only to keep all in one place for this)
Thank you, for the efforts. I check in the morning if it's all running again, so my airline can finally start ;).
@Sami only the monday route is fixed, all the rest, and CB005/6 are still in the same problem.
Yep like I mentioned you need to close and reopen the routes, but I did that for you now.
