Could we have the option to set staffing numbers to 101%? I believe I need it as I am moving staff between bases to cut down on over staffing. Some departments arrive at the right numbers before others so I don't allow auto staffing to control the numbers where I need to, but I can only top up to 100% where I need more staff. If I had the option to choose between 100% and 101% I would use it because should I go back to auto, it would also increase staff to 101% in departments I am trying to control.
I just realised that this suggestion is irrelevant as I can adjust the number of staff in any sector simply by overwriting the suggested quantity shown or arrow up or arrow down to increase or decrease. Oddly it came as a reflex and I quickly realised I was aware of it but 'forgot' about it in the game world I am now in. :,(
