I am still struggling to meet the out early, and home later that day, which is what most business gents want to do. When I can afford more aircraft then I hope it will get easier.
Don't worry about what people in real life would want to do. Demand is demand. You have to try to use all your aircraft overnight too, especially when they are leased. An aircraft sat on the ground from 10pm to 6am is just bleeding money. Take as many people as you can on longer routes, flying out overnight and back the next morning. Of course you will take a hit because of less-popular flight times, but it's better than nothing. And... "business gents"? What is it, 1976 still? ;D
