In attendance of its CEO, DHBBerlin, Saudade returned the last of its formerly 40 Boeing 727-200 Adv. to the leasing company. All aircrafts have been replaced by brand-new Boeing 737-300 aircrafts from multiple leasing partners.
"This event marks a major milestone in our transition to a more comfortable and sustainable airline", DHBBerlin stated. "The next milestone will be the complete replacement of our venerable 737-200's by 737-300's which will be accompanied by a parallel replacement of our DC-8-73 by Boeing 767-300ER's" he concluded.
Saudade continues its way as the biggest and leading airline in Portugal.
