Title: “Open new base timer” reset after closing a base?
Post by: _Wiglessroy_ on January 13, 2025, 11:12:19 AM
Hi,

I had a question regarding the timer that indicates when you can open a new base. I currently have a base that is not doing as well as I had hoped, and I saw a potential (better) base that has become available due to a bankrupt airline, but I still have 180+ days on the timer left.

So my question; will the timer reset if you close a base that has been openend  some time ago? Many thanks in advance!

It is counted from the date when you last opened a base.

So opening a base today, but closing an older base will not reset it.

Thanks for the response!

Is it the same if I were to do it the other way around so; closing the last opened base allows me to open a new one despite the base timer being around 180 days? Thanks in advance!

Yes if you close the base you opened let's say 10 days ago, then you can open new one right away, as long as all other bases are more than 180 days old (if I remember correctly how it works).
