Title: Shifting from Boeing 737 NG to Airbus Neo - What to do?
Post by: Flying Dutchman on November 01, 2024, 06:48:53 AM
All,

I'm planning to shift from the Boeing 737 fleet to Airbus 319 Neo fleet. In the scheduling I have seen I can change the fleet type and reschedule.

But what do I need to do for my pilots? Does it automatically take the same pilots, do I need to retrain or fire and hire.

Thanks
Roger

Just move the schedule from one plane to another from Scheduling.

Pilots are within the same "size group" so there is no extra tasks for that (a simplified staff model).
