Arrowhead Airways, the UK's largest and most successful airline, would like to take a moment of reflection (albeit a brief one) to bid a fond farewell to our former competitors, Beefeater Air and Amanville, which have unfortunately grounded themselves for good, leaving the skies just a little less crowded for the rest of us.
While we mourn the loss of their colorful names from the departure boards, we understand that not every airline can handle the unique challenge of staying in business. Now, while there are still other airlines out there (we see you, GoingUP and Air Röstigraben), we at Arrowhead are flying higher and faster — quite literally. Our fleet of state-of-the-art jets, including the sleek DC8 and the cutting-edge Baade 152, means we're offering passengers a more modern, comfortable, and efficient flying experience than ever before. Compare that to the charming but somewhat nostalgic offerings of Air Röstigraben, who still rely on the trusty propeller-driven DC7. Meanwhile, our friends at GoingUP are proudly flying the Boeing 707, which—while perfectly serviceable—seems a bit stuck in a holding pattern compared to our next-generation aircraft.
For 15 years, Arrowhead Airways has been dedicated to offering British passengers the very best in air travel, and we intend to keep it that way. Whether it's our modern fleet, impeccable safety record, or our ability to stay financially afloat (no easy feat, apparently), we're proud to be the airline you can count on. With Beefeater Air and Amanville now firmly on the ground, we know you have fewer options, but that just makes it even easier to choose the best.
To all the passengers who may now find themselves without a carrier: we welcome you aboard with open arms (and freshly upholstered seats). Our new "Still Soaring" fare is designed especially for those looking for a reliable airline with a modern fleet that won't go out of business mid-flight.
Fly Arrowhead Airways: Because we're still here.
