... on a C/Y configured aircraft.
Sometimes I put a c/y configured aircraft on multiple city pair routes including one city pair that does not offer c capacity. Doing this often enough can really lower C load factor.
As far as I can tell, there is no way to offer only coach seating on a c/y configured aircraft in the current set up. Would it be possible to add a button which offers that ability to sell Y class only- like the current ability to offer pax only with no cargo flights?
What's the crime in having a lower load factor? It's simply math of seats sold divided by seats offered. Load factor does not influence ticket sales/revenue - it's a product of historical math.
OK. But then why can we eliminate cargo if we wish?
Why not have another option?

I'd argue eliminating cargo on a route by route basis has exactly zero benefit to any player and shouldn't be an option.
Perhaps OP wants to be ably to 'declassify' those F/C seats and sell them as economy? It's hard to avoid flying an aircraft with higher classes of seating on at least a FEW Y-only routes. It seems wasteful to leave all those seats empty.
As for load factor - I'd argue it is important. It may not affect revenue, but it affects the game-stats which some people use as a measure of their sucess.
