Do you play around much with staff wages? and if so does it realy make a big negative or positive impact?
Mine are on auto for now, previouslt i lowered some wages just a little, and things when crazy instantly, took me months to get things right again.
what about you guys/gals?

I keep staffing and wages on auto. I somehow think the secret of running a succesful airline (in game) is not micromanaging the personnell department.
In my limited experience so far though I have thought it was interesting seeing how the changes you make to your airline effect your staffing levels.
I used to keep wages on auto. Now I just keep staffing on auto.
I was irritated with the amount of the raises they were getting annually, so I make them complain and go down in attitude before I will budge with their salaries now. It stays at 95-100 percent, but I pay a bit less.
I once was playing with the wages and accidentally almost doubled the wages for one group. When I adjusted it back, the morale plummeted beyond belief! So be careful. Don't make drastic changes to either the wages or staffing level.
