Why don't we have an option to swap between our models in the orders that we do? The example of that would be me wanting to swap the slots for the 76F with 762. I have an urgent need for 762 but I can only get them in 2020, if I could swap all my 76f slots with 762, that would make things easier.
You can do that only if the model you are swapping to was available when you placed the order but not if it's been released since. This is to stop people 'blocking' advance order slots for a model they know will be released later. Also, you can't change model type from around 9 or 10 months before delivery, so that sounds more like your problem - since I think all 762 models were available before 76F.
