Self explanatory. For example, if I order a 727-100, at the time of order, I could have it converted to a 727-100F, with delivery after the conversion is complete.

Plus: Including of heavy maintenance (D-Check) with conversion as the conversion is much more than just to implement a cargodoor...
It has a huge structural impact on the aircraft, so a heavy maintenance is part of the conversion (P2F), if not done by the customer before the ferry to the place of the conversion.
