My company pre-tax performance dropped a lot. It is not clear what can I do to equilibrate it. Could someone clarify me? Thak you a lot!
since your airline is very young and at least i cant see your financial statistics it's hard to advise.
your load factor looks good and lots of routes are without competition. Maybe some of your planes are in C check and therefore not flying.
according to your statistics i see your transported pax dropped significant- you lost 27% of your pax and 23% cargo since you only operate 3 Aircraft at this time i expect that one is in heavy maintainance
have a look at the income page off the office menu, compare week to week to see what ingoings and outgoings have changed. If comparing months be aware some months are 4 weeks and some are 5.
