Hello,
I'm in a beginners world, with full worldwide marketing across all channels, and I noticed that my CI went from 90 to 80 in one week. How is this possible?
Thanks!
delays? Cancellations? fired staff?
Or a ramp check (missed maintenance). Failing that, as Gazzz said, firing staff is the biggest CI killer.

I knew I missed one. Thanks.
Thanks all for the replies -
Delays are in the green, cancellations are not out of the ordinary, I have not fired any staff and morale is at 100%.
I did miss maintenance for one aircraft for about an ingame week, maybe 2... shame on me ;) Is that enough for the drop?
Thanks again

it might be that that was the issue... put it this way - it is a serious infringement. IRL would you get on a plane where you know the operator misses an inspection ... just now and again.... for me that's a "NO WAY" :D
missing maintenance doesn't matter - getting caught in a ramp check due to missing maint will result in a CI drop. You get an email with a ramp check ( I think, been ages since I had one) so might be worth checking spam folders etc.

That must be what happened and glad that there is that bit of realism there!
Thanks
