I have A321-100s on order but it says in the game production will end soon... will my aircraft be deilvered??

Does it just mean that no new orders can be made?

That is what it means. From Aircraft production news, the standard wording reads: "The remaining orders are delivered to customers as planned but no new orders can be placed anymore."
