At what point does an airline receive a route image bonus for their first 5 routes? I just started in BW2, but all of my routes start at 0. When I was in BW1, my first 5 routes would start ~50 (with 6+ starting at 0).
the later in the game, the mode bonus you get. If you start early, you don't hae any bonus (but you start before others, which is a bigger bonus in my book)
