Title: One Suggestion, While an Aircraft is on order

One Suggestion,  While an Aircraft is on order why can't you change it's Base City?  Just a little suggestion.

You can if delivery is far enough out... Several months or more.

I believe JT is talking about an order from UM.

If you have several bases (what seems to be the case), then just replace an existing/delivered plane with the one that is being delivered and rebase the existing/delivered plane to the base where you need it.
