i was looking at how some airlines mannage there fleets and i noticed something which is not in the game but i think could be and could be used by players. that is the sell and lease back option. this would be a way for players to obtain cash without a loan and could be done with a button on the aircraft page. how it would work lets say i own a 787 and i need cash for something and for whatever reason i dont want or can not obtain a loan i would then click on the sell and lease back button. the system then genarates a buy offer from one of the npc leaseing companys that offer is of an amount based on the aircraft value and a few other data points. i am also given a lease of a length of my chousing with the price based on the sell price this functions like any other lease with the npc companys in the game ie i can renew or buy the ac later and i must keep it in better then 70% condition if i dont pay they repo it and if none of that happens then the plane leaves my park at the end of the lease anyway
already widly in use. You just have to find a friendly airline to do it for you
