The return time on this flight is 5 minutes longer, so I checked the wind and it's actually due to the taxi time. The taxi time at the larger/busier airport is 20 minutes while the taxi time at the smaller/less busy airport is 25 minutes. It would seem to make more sense that the taxi time at the larger, "overcapacity" airport (traffic is +2 infra) is longer but that isn't what's happening. For Bogota to Caracas the taxi time is 25 minutes instead of 20 minutes. I realize taxi times are static and not dependent upon airport traffic/infra, but why is this happening?
