This is an easy one--in the "Detailed order information" section of the new aircraft order page, add numbering. If you are ordering 50 aircraft, there are numbers 1-50 on the left side so you can easily tell if you're editing aircraft 24 or 25 or 26 in the sequence.

Seconded - the current layout is very difficult to read if you're editing a large number of aircraft. If a number wouldn't work, perhaps you could alternate the colour of each aircraft's entry in the list slightly, with one being white and the next being a very pale yellow for example.
