From the Manual it mentioned in the opening a new base section that the cost of operating depends on the size of the airport. What does that mean? Infrastructure level, traffic level or runway length? Many thanks!
Costs for fixed base expenses are related to the size of the base (1-4) which you choose when opening the base.
