As I am so stupid to have failed to read all instruction before I start, I have ordered from various fleet group (5-6) and now the maintenance cost almost equals to my amount of loss. Anyway to solve the problem? Can I drop some plane? Or I should risk to buy one then lease it out?
Restrict the different fleet types to minimum possible. If on short leases, you can gradually reduce the types. If on long leases, a new start might be better, and learn from the error.
so another easy error is to lease for 15 years. It's quite seductive when sliding the years up watching the monthly cost drop and drop.
Only lease up to the next D check, and if that's 7+ years perhaps only lease for max 3 or 4 years.

If you didn't BK already because you took long leases, and if you still have good cash reserves, one solution is to put the less useful types in storage and order more from the 2, max 3 types you can really have large numbers at your homebase. Under 75-80 planes, 2 types is best. Above, 3.
But I agree that it might be easier to restart.
