I know there is a way to see potential cargo demand. Is there / how do you find potential passenger demand. Especially for cities with multiple airports that are competing with each other for market share?

CBD for pax is not implemented currently.
City Based Demand (vs. Airport-based) is still a work in progress, so it is currently only enabled for Cargo. There is still some tweaking to be done before it is ready for the passenger side of things. So for now, O'Hare and Midway do not compete for passengers.
